Wild Horses In Winds of Change, a short documentary by filmmaker Mara LeGrand of Skydancer Productions has it’s first public screening in Colorado at Zuma’s Rescue Ranch in Littleton on June 3rd. Jodi Messenich of Zuma’s will host a wine and cheese reception from 5-7 before the film and speaking event. Jodi and some of the mustangs she has rescued are featured in the film.
Wild Horses In Winds of Change Winner of a coveted Telly award is referred to by the Library Journal as beautifully rendered and very persuasive. After it’s world premiere at the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood, it was granted Los Angeles Movie Award and has been an official selection at film festivals coast to coast including the prestigious Nashville Film Festival. The film has been honored with awards for Best Nature Film, Most Important Environmental Issue Film . While the film brings images of horses in the wild close to the audience the three unique women speakers will share their artistic and soulful journeys working with them.
